To be in a good space - mentally, physically, in your surroundings. That's both the name and the standard we hold everything to.
We create in-person retreats and events in Central Europe and beyond, bringing people together in good places, with good food and real intention. No filler. Just the right mix of people and space to actually land somewhere
VIKTORIA VON HOF
Viktoria is the founder of Sukha. Based in Berlin, she has spent the last decade working across commercial photo and film production — running sets, managing creative projects, and building things from scratch. Alongside that, she trained as a Jivamukti yoga teacher (800 hours) and developed a deep focus on hormonal health — particularly fertility, perimenopause and the transitions in between.
Sukha came out of wanting to combine both worlds properly. The production background shows in the details. The yoga and hormonal health work shapes what we actually do in the room.
Having lived in South Africa for several years, Cape Town is next on the map — retreats and events there are already in the works.

as i have done so many times in recent months: It is for me a dream come true. its a feast for the senses, a calming and grounding experience that radiates beauty inside and out. The style and feel of the location matched with the presence of the teachers, chefs and participants is second to none here in Germany and I would even say internationally in many ways.
