To be in a good space - mentally, physically, in your surroundings. That's both the name and the standard we hold everything to.
We create in-person retreats and events in Central Europe and beyond, bringing people together in good places, with good food and real intention. No filler. Just the right mix of people and space to actually land somewhere
VIKTORIA VON HOF
Viktoria is the founder of Sukha.
Based in Berlin, she has spent the last decade working across commercial photo, film and event production and hospitality — running sets, managing creative projects and building things from scratch.
Alongside that, she trained as a Jivamukti yoga teacher (800 hours). Her own path led her to a deep interest and focus on women's hormonal health — particularly fertility, perimenopause and all the transitions in between.
Sukha came out of wanting to combine both worlds properly. The production side shows in the details. The personal side shapes what actually happens in the room: experiences grounded in evidence, bringing together movement, nutrition and education to support women through different stages of life.
Having lived in South Africa for several years, Cape Town is next on the map. Retreats and events there are already in the works.
At the core of it is a simple wish: to make conversations around women's health more open, and the experience of going through them less alone.

as i have done so many times in recent months: It is for me a dream come true. its a feast for the senses, a calming and grounding experience that radiates beauty inside and out.
