RESET Retreat
a retreat for hormonal health
15.—18. October 2026
Uckermark, Germany
A women's retreat at the intersection of hormonal health, movement and community. Led by a gynecologist, psychotherapist and functional medicine specialist. Including pilates and strength training. Grounded in evidence.
curated by
Viktoria von Hof & Dr. med. Isabel Hornsby Tourneur
About the retreat
Most women spend years adapting to their hormones — pushing through the fatigue, the mood shifts, the pain, the cycles that feel unpredictable, the question marks.
RESET is 4 days to start understanding — and to shift what comes next.
This is a hormonal reset program: a structured, science-led long weekend designed to help you understand what's actually driving the changes in your body, and to set yourself up for the years ahead. Whether it's PMS, cycle changes or simply feeling like your body is doing something you don't quite understand yet. The work you do here will carry forward.
Hosted by Viktoria von Hof (founder of Sukha) and led by Dr. Isabel Hornsby Tourneur (gynecologist, psychotherapist & functional medicine practitioner), RESET sits at the intersection of medical clarity, embodied movement and strength training as well as community — women in the same room, finally having the conversations they've needed to have.
Group size: max 12 women.
RESET is for women who feel like something is "off" — but can't quite name it.
The woman whose PMS has gotten worse and doesn't know why
The woman noticing shifts in sleep, energy and mood — wondering if it's perimenopause
The woman who has been told everything is "normal" but doesn't feel normal
Anyone who wants to understand how their hormones actually work — and move through life with more ease
No diagnosis required. No specific phase of life required. All levels welcomed.
This retreat is for women who are curious about hormonal health and who want to understand what's really happening in their bodies — and feel less alone in it.
Our program includes:
Educational Insights in 4 Group Modules: A practicing gynecologist who is also a trained psychotherapist and functional medicine practitioner will guide you through 4 different modules to give evidence-based insights
A Concrete Output: You leave with clarity, tools and a community
Daily Pilates Classes: Movement designed specifically for hormonal health: Pilates, resistance training, somatic work
3 Nights Accommodation in Uckermark (private or shared room options)
Hormonal-supporting Meals: Locally sourced and seasonal meals designed to support your hormones (light breakfast, extensive brunch and dinner, afternoon snack)
Meditation & Restorative Practices: Deep relaxation sessions to help you unwind and release tension
Group Evening Sessions: Reflection, Q&A, peer exchange
Sauna
Nature Walks: Gentle walks in the Uckermark countryside
Access to the RESET Framework: A personal hormone health workbook you keep
Curated Welcome Gift Bag
Optional follow-up: a 60-min 1:1 with Isabel after you're home — to go deeper on what's specific to you. Limited slots.
the MODULES
Isabel works through 4 structured group modules over the retreat. These are not lectures — they are conversational, interactive and grounded in what the women in the room actually need.
Module 1: Changes Thursday evening Reading the body's signals. PMS, cycle changes, perimenopause — what actually happens in the body during hormonal shifts, what hormonal changes are connected to which symptoms, how and why these changes happen and how to connect the dots. The foundation for everything that follows. Women often leave this session realising they've been experiencing things for years that have a name and a reason.
Module 2: Lifestyle Friday Diet, movement and supplementation as tools. What the evidence says about eating and training to relieve hormonal symptoms. Which supplements are worth it and which aren't. How to build a daily structure that works with your hormones instead of working against them.
Module 3: Hormonal Therapy Friday An honest look at hormonal support: what it is, when it's appropriate, and what the research actually shows. HRT, contraception, and other hormonal interventions, explained clearly. Isabel walks through the options without agenda, so every woman can make an informed decision for herself.
Module 4: Emotional Patterns Saturday The psychological dimension. How hormonal shifts show up in your relationship to yourself — in mood, self-perception, energy, and motivation. And how they ripple into your social environment: partnerships, friendships, work. How can this intense phase help you in your personal growth. Isabel draws on her training in depth psychology to open a conversation most women won’t have in a clinical setting.
Integration Circle Sunday morning Not a session — a conversation. Every woman leaves with a personal RESET plan: 3–5 specific, realistic actions based on what she's learned about her own body over the 4 days.

About ISABEL
Dr. med. Isabel Hornsby Tourneur — Gynecologist, Psychotherapist & Functional Medicine Practitioner Isabel is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics with over 14 years of clinical experience, based in Berlin. She studied human medicine at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University Bonn, with a semester abroad at Marmara University Istanbul. She worked in obstetrics, high-risk pregnancy, breast cancer, gynecological surgery and menopausal endocrinology. Alongside her medical practice, she is a trained psychotherapist (depth psychology / Tiefenpsychologie) and functional medicine practitioner — a rare combination that allows her to look at women's health across the full picture: whole-body, hormones, and psyche. She is fluent in German and English.
At RESET, Isabel leads all medical content — the group modules, the clinical Q&A, and the optional 1:1 consultations. Her approach is evidence-backed, direct and warm.
About Viktoria
Founder of Sukha. Viktoria is based in Berlin. She has spent over a decade working across commercial photo, film, and event production — running sets, managing creative projects, and building things from scratch. Alongside that she trained as a Jivamukti yoga teacher (800 hours). Her own path led her to a deep personal interest in women's hormonal health, particularly fertility, perimenopause and all the transitions in between. That intersection between production precision and personal inquiry is what Sukha is built on.
At RESET, Viktoria is the host: she shapes the experience, holds the space, and ensures the details are right. She may also offer one yin yoga or breathwork session over the weekend.
ABOUT Ellie
Eleanor MacIntyre is a Pilates teacher and Facilitator from Australia and New Zealand, based in Berlin. With 6 years of teaching experience and a background in Theatre and Alexander Technique, she incorporates principles of the Alexander Technique into her classical Pilates teaching, supporting efficient movement, posture, and a calm, balanced nervous system. She has taught at Sol Studio, HAR Studio, Original Feelings and Cosmos Studio across Berlin.
At RESET, Ellie leads the daily movement sessions — designed to support the endocrine system.
